Objectives: Participants will learn several of the mental structures, which cause problematic behavior. Participants will learn a simplified approach get their clients to set the course for focusing on solutions and keeping them in mind. Participants will learn how they can develop the ability to calibrate linguistic and thinking patterns. Participants will learn the steps to take for three of the most useful brief therapy techniques of Establishing Positive Anchors, Changing Personal History and the Visual - Kinesthetic Dissociation techniques and practice them for immediate application. *This workshop is approved for 9 Continuing Education Units for Chapter 491 Mental Health Professionals (Mental Health Counselors, Clinical Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists).
